Project 4 - server lockup and lockout_

We received a support call from a new client that they could not contact their previous IT support company as they were having major problems with their Microsoft Windows Small Business Server.

The server was freezing and locking users out so therefore a reboot was needed everyday. Adding to the issues, the client had no documentation detailing the administrator username and passwords and no contact was possible with their existing IT support company.

Within an hour we had managed to gain full access and set about stabilising their server. We had quickly identified and resolved a number of issues with their server and IT infrastructure.

We put in place a support contract to provide ongoing support for the client and then proceeded to carry out maintenance on their server and other IT equipment.
